TEBELLOMABUSELA SERVICES (PTY) LTD is a company established in October of 2020 by a Counselling Psychologist in Private Practice, Tebello Mabusela (Ms Tebello), who has been practicing as a psychologist for the past 3 years. Ms Tebello is a registered Counselling Psychologist, who is passionate and vocal about well-being and advocates for positive mental health.

She is a PhD candidate, whose dissertation is grounded in Positive Psychology, and the strengths perspective, where the main concepts explored are resilience and well-being. In her consultations, she places emphasis on human optimal functioning and human potential, that might have been under developed and/or forgotten due to difficulties encountered through life experiences, taking into account life stressors and difficulties adapting to the environment that is forever demanding and strenuous.

Ms Tebello believes that therapy is beneficial and has the ability to provide insight and awareness into issues that hinder positive adaptation. The process of mental health is not a process that only starts when mental illness is detected, but it’s a processes that should continuously foster growth, healing and build internal and external resurces that could possibly assist with the fight against mental health issues.

Ms Tebello, has experience working with a diverse population and across different age groups She has worked with the following individuals:
